The app leverage's state-of-the-art technology to provide you access to a host of services-anytime, anywhere!
Here's a list of what you can do:
- RM’s Dash Board:
• Pie Chat for AUM managed by the RM, based on Asset Class. It should also have a bar chat to show AUM managed by the RM month wise till date.
• It should show Appointments: appointments already scheduled for the day.
• RM’s Dash board should have alerts , such as Birthday alerts for his partners, customers.
- RM’s Alerts
• This screen should show all the alerts I.e. birthday alerts for partners and customers. The details such as the Name of the customer/partner, date of birth, telephone/mobile number.
• RM can SMS/make a call/send email.
- RM’s Appointments
• RM can create an appointment with Partner/customer, by selecting contacts from the device or by selecting partner from his mapped partners.
• He can specify the date and time, subject line and brief agenda. On saving, the appointment should get integrated with device calendar, at the same time, it should get saved in the server as the respective RM’s appointment.
- Call Logging
• All RMs, when meet partners, will be required to capture the details of the meeting at the Partner’s place itself.
• The Call logging will capture the Partner ARN Number, Name, Date, Place and a text to capture briefly the discussion/interaction with the partner/customer. He should be able to capture if follow up meeting is required or not. If yes, a new appointment should be created.
• During call logging, even, he can take a selfie with the partner. Along with the photo, geo tagging also to be done.
- My Partners
This screen should show the list of partners i.e. ARN No, Name, Address and latest AUM in a decreasing order.
- AUM, Gross Sale and Net Sale
• This screen should show by default AUM of the RM Asset Class wise in a pie chat.
• It should also have a bar chat to see the AUM trend for the RM.
• IT should also show the Gross Sales trend for the RM, from the beginning of the financial year.
- Broker Performance
On selection of Particular ARN Number, it should display the following details of the broker.
- Customer Servicing/Distributor Servicing
• Check Customer Portfolio based on PAN Number.
• Send portfolio to Customer email id/distributor mail id.
• Generate Customer SOA-Submit Request for Customer SOA.
• Send SOA to customer mail id, broker mail id, can be at folio level, PAN level and email level.
